House of Details Review for Adam’s Polishes I’ve been using Adam’s Polishes products through House of Details, and I’ve been seriously impressed with the quality and results. The products are easy to work with, perform consistently, and make a noticeable difference in the overall finish of a vehicle. What I really appreciate is the attention to detail behind the product line. Whether it’s exterior cleaning, paint care, polishing, protection, or finishing touches, Adam’s has products that help make the detailing process more efficient while still delivering a professional-level result. The products feel thoughtfully designed for detailers who actually care about the final outcome. ating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) Top-Tier Customer Support & Outstanding Detailing Products! I was initially introduced to Adam's Polishes after picking up their Ultra Plush Drying Towel, and the quality instantly made me a fan. Recently, I decided to add another drying towel to my order for washing and drying my car. However, when it arrived, I noticed it wasn't absorbing properly—leaving water trails—and had grey/white edging rather than the signature black trim. After testing it over two weekends, I reached out to customer support. Jonathan assisted me and demonstrated what true customer care looks like. Without hesitation, he resolved the issue by sending out the correct drying towel immediately and letting me keep the initial one. The efficiency and generosity were top-notch. Additionally, I've been using their Detail Spray 16oz with the Double Soft Towel on my Honda Civic Type R. It smells fantastic, enhances the gloss significantly, and adds great surface protection against the elements. Because of Jonathan's exceptional service and the brand's outstanding line of products, I’ll definitely be picking up the Detail Spray Gallon combo next. Highly recommended to anyone who

Honestly with the experiences I have already had with this company, I don't know how anyone could give them a bad review. There customer service team have been wonderful. I'm in Canada, but even with a 40% exchange rate, with the deals they run frequently, it's still cheaper most of the time to buy directly from them. And one day I called and it went to voice mail, and I didn't even leave a message, but Erika (who used to be the customer service manager) must have seen the incoming number and called me back in less than 10 minutes. And their customer service attitude seems to be "there is no issue we can't fix for you or overcome". And one of the other customer service agents named Hailey is now the customer service manager, but the customer service attitude hasn't changed one bit. The customer service is still excellent from my experiences. And the products also seem to be of very good quality. So as far as I am concerned, so far their customer service and products are very good.

I can't express enough how much this store amazes me. Yall truly have to go check out there location in Thornton, Colorado where it all began. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me with the exact products I needed for me car. Not were there helpful but they weren't also after my money and truly were there to help and see a smile on there customer faces. There may be cheaper products online, but do be careful of verified products as not everything with s great price comes with the same quality let alone it being harmful and costing you more money down the road. But not going to lie, everytime I came to this store I always saved more here than online and for better products. I also got to Spin The Wheel and Won a Foam Cannon for FREE! So not only did I save but im also winning things that cost more than all the stuff I've purchased. Thought I was going to win a air freshener and got more than I could asked for. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you for your help today, Yessenia & John yall truly helped me and couldn't be anymore thankful!
